What is a lot inspection?
In a lot inspection we examine the quality of a quantity of soil. The report shows how clean the soil is and where it may be used.
When do I need a lot inspection?
Usually when you want to remove soil or reuse it somewhere else. The buyer, soil bank or municipality will then ask for an inspection report under the Dutch Soil Quality Decree.
What does an inspection cost?
That depends on the amount of soil, the kind of lot and the analyses needed. That is why we make a tailored quote. Requesting one is free of obligation.
How long does it take?
That depends on the planning and the laboratory analyses. The quote states when you can expect the report. In a hurry? Choose ‘As soon as possible’ on the form.
I don’t know how much soil there is. What now?
